A Day with a Difference

An app designed to help your child learn the comparatives. A beautifully illustrated story with engaging games throughout so your child may interact and help the characters Mr Big and Mr Small with a few small/big problems they encounter in ‘A Day with a Difference’.
The app will teach your child the following:
- Bigger and smaller
- More and less
- Same and different
- Longer and shorter
The story is narrated throughout but the sound may be muted to allow your child to read for themselves. Once the story is complete any game can be re-played without the requirement to complete the story each time. Parents can also configure a test by selecting how many questions they wish their child to answer and the criteria for success.
A special game is also provided which can be played either as a single player or multi-player, testing the child’s ability to use and recognise the comparatives they have learnt.
A Day With A Difference is also available as part of Super Start Stage 1 for desktop computers
